I’ve been in love with FKRO’s matcha lately. The flavor has a beautiful nuttiness, a hint of umami, and barely any astringency — it’s super smooth and easy to drink. I’ve been making an iced honey matcha latte every day for myself, and it gives me just the right amount of energy to stay focused, without the crash I get from coffee.As a STEM major with long days of studying and working, this has become part of my daily routine. The quality is definitely ceremonial grade — it whisks beautifully with no clumps, and the vibrant green color is gorgeous.The only thing I wish is that they sold a 100g bag — the 30g runs out way too fast when you’re using it every day like I do!

I didn’t need to whisk it too long for the froth to form. I definitely recommend using a sifter for a smooth finish. Overall, it’s easy to blend and creamy. It makes for a great everyday matcha!

I'm normally not someone that leaves reviews but this matcha was too good not to. I am new to matcha, so keep that in mind while reading this review, BUT with that being said, I found this matcha to be delicious. I didn’t find it to be bitter or grassy at all, which for me is a plus. It was creamy, smooth, and fairly sweet and smelled floral upon opening it. I really enjoyed the taste of it and would absolutely purchase it again. This is the second high quality ceremonial matcha that I’ve purchased, and it did not disappoint.
