Place on top of pre-chilled articles. HOT PAK: Boil or microwave to use. Boil water and remove from heat. Place bag in hot water for 5 minutes. Allow cooling prior to reheating.MICROWAVE: Place in a microwavable container and cover completely with water. Heat at full power for 1 minute (time based on 900 watt microwave). If additional heating is required, heat in 15 seconds intervals. IMPORTANT: Never heat without covering completely with water. Wrap in towel prior to therapeutic use. Not a toy.
