Great gaming and overall mouse
I have used MK-1 for about a month now in all sorts of different games and also in 3D modelling and design applications and so far I’m very pleased with the mouse handling. It holds nice and firmly in my hand. All the long gaming and work sessions have been a pleasure due to the comfortable design of mouse. Buttons are well placed, and I especially enjoy the DPI button, which lets you change DPI up and down, not just cycle around DPI values. Also the four DPI indicator lights are nice and practical, making it easy to see, on which DPI level I am. Another good design element is the rubber area on the left side, which doesn’t get slippery under thumb, thus giving excellent grip all the time.Regarding the software, then that is also looking good. Macro editing has been made quite easy to do.Now what I don’t like so much, this is quite my own preference, are the two buttons on the rights side of the mouse. They are not really good to use in actual gaming situation for me. My previous mouse for example had an extra button on the right side of the big left click button, which I used quite often for some macros, because it was easily accessed with my index finger. It could take some practice to get used to these on the right, but at the moment I haven’t yet used them. All in all I dare to recommend MK-1 8200 DPI Pro Gaming Mouse to everybody who likes to play games a lot or have to work long hours behind desktop, because it is a very comfortable mouse with good grip and quality. Equal in quality and preciseness with more know companies products, but with a cheaper price.

Took a chance, did not regret it.
I took a chance buying this mouse, as Shogun Bros are hardly a renowned company. I was worried it wouldn't be as reliable as a mouse from Logitech or another large brand.I have been thoroughly impressed with this mouse since it arrived, and I don't regret the purchase at all.I've been using the mouse for several months now. It is ergonomically perfect for my relatively large hands using a palm grip. It can be seen from the pictures that this mouse is not for lefties at all, but suits right-handers very well. I can use this mouse for hours without any discomfort at all.The sensor and tracking are also flawless. They provide pinpoint precisionfor all uses, especially FPS gaming. There has never any stuttering or poor motion detection in my time using it. The 8200DPI is complete overkill. While this option is always there, I personally use only 600DPI - the mouse still functions with outstanding accuracy there. The software for the mouse is vibrant, if a little strange looking. It offers settings for DPI, Macro buttons and Button Functions. I have used all of these at some point, and all carry out their jobs fine. The program rarely needs to be used though, and the drivers clearly work like a charm in the background. There are a few LED's on the mouse, and the one on top can cycle between several different colours by pressing the button. In my opinion, the overall appearance is good. My only gripe is the unnecessary writing on the left mouse button which can be read on the zoomed-in image on Amazon. It hardly detracts from the aesthetics of the product on the whole, and it is barely noticable. And this is the only problem I have with the entire mouse - that's really saying something. In conclusion, I can't recommend this mouse enough for anyone willing to go for a more expensive option. It is well worth the price tag to me. Ignore the unknown company name and the ugly text printed onto it, and you have the perfect mouse for fantastic performance for any task and great ergonomics.

Good but lacking button config for all buttons.
It's chunky and has a nice weight to it which I really like. The ability to change the DPI on the fly via easy to reach buttons is useful in some games. However I was disappointed that those same buttons were not customizable. I didn't really buy this mouse for the DPI changing feature, it's useful to have when you've got it but I actually brought it because it had a lot of buttons and boasted how they were customizable. I expected to be able to change what buttons did what to my own liking but the 2 underneath my thumb in particular were stuck as the DPI changing buttons. For someone who plays RPG games more than FPS I really needed the button config changeable. In the end I ended up with just the 2 buttons above my thumb and the 2 near my pinky being changeable. Considering out of those 4 buttons only 2 were actually reachable in comfort and with little effort that didn't' interrupt my gaming I was very disappointed to be stuck with just 2 extra viable and customizable buttons to play with.I used the mouse for about 4 months as despite the lack of buttons it was a really good and responsive mouse. During that time I found myself playing Planetside 2 so changing DPI quickly was very useful. But now I'm playing Path of Exile so I've gone and brought a 12 button next to the thumb mouse and now have this mouse sitting on a shelf collecting dust.In summery great mouse for the dedicated FPSer, not so much for those needing buttons to press and can live without quick DPI changes.

best Marco system ever
purchased in 2012-2013 still use it every day at work (10 hour shifts 5 days week for a few years) , best Marco system ever! No issues at all with it. This Mouse is better than the G700S logitech. I have that one for my Home PC and it's no way as good for hot keys/ Marcos

Started to leak adhesive after 3 years
I loved this mouse. Bought it in May 2015 but now the rubber thumb support started to leak sticky adhesive 6 months ago and it's started to get annoying.

Worst ever
I think either I was very unlucky to get a faulty one or it has a fundamental problem: time by time you get just instantaneous jumps of a cursor to any place on the screen. I tried on different surfaces, different pads, installed and uninstalled the drivers, tried different operating systems, different USB ports, even finally different PCs. It does the same thing. The jumping is absolutely random and may occur at the critical moment in the game, online, when you try to buy something, etc.IT IS JUST PURE CRAP.DO NOT BUY IT.

I love it
Took a little to get use to the form of the mouse, but now I love it. Very responsive, don't need a mouse pad or hard surface to use. I sit in my recliner and use the arm as my pad.
