Quick meal or large snack - healthy and tasty
Great tasting - healthy -- protein packed. For a quick lunch or even a healthy snack these are high on my lists. Will also try the other flavors.

real food that is shelf stable. Light tuna flavor, good as is or add to other foods
I love Wild Planet brand and pretty much everything they have to offer. I especially love any of these "ready to eat" packs. I regularly purchase the bean based options, have yet to try the pasta, and only recently got around to trying this Quinoa version. While I like the bean ones better in many ways (5 stars), I also very much like the quinoa (4.5 stars). I only found it to be a little dry. Not inedible, but it could benefit from a little drizzle of olive oil. What I like about the ready to eat packs is that they are perfect for eating on the go, as is. Or I have done things like pair it with crackers, with soft tortilla wraps, tossed on top of a salad, or added a little mayo and put on toast or as a sandwich. Level up typical tuna salad. Truly excellent salad topper. I had my first pot of this quinoa by itself. I stirred it up real good because the tuna was tucked mostly into the middle/bottom (says to stir as tuna is on bottom). The next time I had it, I scooped it out onto a couple of soft tortillas and added sliced avocado. Mmm. Wild Planet just has good stuff. Quality brand. Trusted brand. I pay more for it, and that includes their sardnines, and other tuna products. I dont rate on price. Over the past couple of years I have purchased one box per month along with other options. I just find enough value in it to continue buying it. I like the ingredients a lot. Nothing but good stuff. Seriously, take a look at the ingredients! REAL FOOD THAT IS SHELF STABLE Skipjack Tuna (Katsuwonus Pelamis), *Quinoa, *Sunflower Oil, *Red Pepper, *Yellow Pepper, *Carrot, *Zucchini, *Peas, *Sweetcorn, *Green Olive, Salt, *Ground Black Pepper, *Curcuma (From Turmeric). *Organic --Makes nice option for camping or hiking. --Works well as part of an office lunch. Tuck some of these in drawer and you will always have something. Tuna aroma is not strong so it likely wont offend anyone. --Excellent for DIY MREs --Pantry staple. Just a nice quick grab when wanting something on the healthy side to eat, but dont want to prepare anything. --Nice emergency option. For me, I started off buying options that gave me the most nutritional bang for the buck, hence why I have not chosen the pasta. I may at some point just to try it out. But with the nutritional value of the beans as those are the winners nutritionally. Quinoa has similar values to the pasta option, but I reaalllllly like quinoa, so had to try it. Nice option anyway. Either of the bean options have a lot of fiber and protein. Calories vary. Seriously though.. take a closer look at ingredients, then take a look at "cheaper" options --which are fine too.. no judgment--I buy those too. I just prefer the flavor, consistency, quality of this brand. Your experience may vary!.

Healthy, delicious, and inexpensive! Great for a quick, light lunch.
I discovered this ready-to-eat tuna salad quite by accident while shopping at Whole Foods one day. Just happened to pick it up because it was on sale and thought I'd give it a try. I was blown away by how much I liked it! And the price is right. I mean in the day of quick, on-the-go lunches coming in well over $10 or $15, finding a read-made, inexpensive, healthy, delicious alternative is no small matter. Plus, the cans are super easy to open and use. One just needs a fork or a spoon and you are good to go. We now keep a variety of these Wild Planet Ready-to-Eat tuna salads always on hand. Occasionally, I noticed some heaviness with the oil content but usually I gulp them down with no complaints. Worthy of five stars.

Overcooked peas but good taste.
While quite tasty the quinoa was drying and the dull overcooked peas just off putting. But all in all tasted quite good!

Very very good!
I was so pleased with my order of these dinners! I will definitely be stocking up on these. They tasted wonderful and healthy. They were very fresh tasting and nothing stood out like I would have changed any of the recipe. I do think my husband would eat two. I highly recommend them.

Simply delicious!
I like to eat healthy stuff but am lazy in the kitchen. This makes a delicious, super simple, instant meal! Of course, it feels good to eat something that is friendly to our sea creatures. You can throw it on top of a salad, vegetables, rice or pasta if you like. I have repurchased these and will no doubt continue to.
