Excellent knife!! Just opened it
Excellent knife!! Just opened it, Works so well.This has a nice feel when holding it and is very sharp ,I always just bought knives from Walmart and places like that where you get 20 knives in a wood block...Now that I am dry aging beef, I really needed a sharper knife so I wouldn't cut off a finger or two...Did a lot of research here on Amazon for a reasonably priced Knife...This came in 2 days. Sharp and sturdy...balanced...Best knife I have ever held in my hand and is coming with Sharpening rod.And also Is a great gift for Christmas so I going to purchase more!!

Great Knife
Slices things so easily. I am intimidated by this knife because it is so sharp and I’m clumsy. I cut myself with it in the first week of purchasing it. It is very sharp and comes with a sharpener. I recommend with the addendum that if you are clumsy you may want to think about purchasing a smaller more maneuverable knife. Great value for what you get though.

I absolutely love this knife!
Great knife, it cuts like a dream! I use this knife for all my big and small chopping jobs. It fits well in my hand and is well-balance, realy such a handy tool; it's the first knife I reach for when wanting to do a precision cutting or slicing job! The design allows it to have a better balance, along with the comfort grip handles makes cutting easy!

For long time I was looking for a new knife to work with at the kitchen.I was disappointed with some that I bought in the past, like all the cheap stuff.Now, after finally I got the Eatstars set I’m so happy! The knife is so easy to work with. Cuts everything I tried to cut.Great item, great value for my money, great set.

Great product that I would recommend to anyone. I purchased the knife as a gift for my wife and she absolutely loved it. The knife cuts through pretty much anything with ease. I am not the type to fill out reviews but this really is a fantastic product that I think people should know about.
