I really like that it really is nonstick and that it holds the heat and cooks evenly. It does take at least five or more minutes to warm up on low, which is recommended. And then it isn’t as hot as I would like it to be but as time goes on, it warms up more and does a really good job. The pan is not too heavy and I am an older person with limited strength. One warning is that it says it is a 10 inch pan and my 10 inch lids do not fit this pan at all. I was concerned about that so I ordered the pan that had the lid with it and I’m really glad I did. It is super easy to clean with a little squirt of dish soap and a soft sponge.

With this surface everything I cook in them turns out wonderful. Nothing sticks. Cleaning is easy. I wash by hand as recommended. I have purchased more sizes.

This skillet allows for nice even heat and no sticking. I love that it isn’t teflon!

Rewrting my review. This pan is great. I originally wrote a poor review but, I've since learned that I was not heating the pan enough before cooking on it. We do not use oil so we were looking for a non stick that was not teflon. Now, I know to let it get very hot and then I sizzle in a tablespoon of vegetable broth before frying food. I also appreciate that customer service immediately contacted me to resolve my concerns. So, the pan is great; just let it get very hot first. Also, customer service is excellent. I recommend this pan.

Like cooking with it. Like the see through lid.
