Excellent cable and tough enough. Very well done as the material used in the outside provides you confidence enough to connect it into your car socket and any external (in my case) public electric point.So far I sued it in a ESB recharge point and so a public mall parking. I confirm no issues whatsoever at all. Buy it, you won't regret.In terms of price it is fair enough, different lenght and what I like the most in the case included! You end up with a proper material zipped bag that can be used for many other things. 5 stars review.

Recently decided to get an electric car, my first. The cable supplied with the car was not sufficient to support 3 phase charging so I bought this one. The quality of the materials used to build the cable seam sound and heavy duty. Been using this now for 4 weeks and so have had no issues, has a nice solid feel and fit when connected and performs as expected. Comes with a nice carry case and towel to dry if it gets wet during use came with it. Very happy.

This is something that if I needed it I would buy again. Better quality than the branded cable chargers, case it comes in is good and cut to the right length.

Ordered a 10m long cable with type 2 connectors. Arrived very quickly. Excellent quality and includes a 12” x 12” carry bag with microfibres cloth for wiping when wet. Very neat for storage. Cable feels well made with end protectors.

Bought this cable in preparation for the arrival of my new (to me) car, a BMW i3 which doesn’t come as standard with a type 2 charging cable.I can’t obviously comment on it regarding operation but can make a comparison with the cable that came with my Nissan Leaf. Admittedly the Leafs cable is only single phase 7kW and this cable is 3 phase 22kW capable but the cable is considerably heavier and more sturdy and looks as though it will last indefinitely, the plugs look excellent quality and are guaranteed to survive being run over by a 2 ton car. I comes with a very nice quality zip case which has a rubberised bottom panel which should help it prevent sliding on the boot floor.Once I have the i3 I will update the review and comment on its usage, but first impressions are excellent so far and for under £85 has to be a bargain. 5*Additional: have used the cable on several occasions with my newly acquired BMW i3 and it has performed perfectly, my only gripe is the cable isn't very flexible at all and tries to keep its coiled up shape which can lead to it being a trip hazard when using a public charger as there is absolutely no way it can be made to lay flat on the floor.

Bought this for my MG HS, works a treat and exactly what was required, got 5m cable so plenty to get from charging unit on either side of car. Comes in a sleek carry case which is easy tocstore in car.
