I purchased this set of Science Readers to use with my 3rd grader grandson in our homeschool. They are short with enough information. They also have a glossary that we used as vocabulary words and comprehension questions in the back of the books.

We homeschool (before everyone else was forced to) and got this set earlier this year to support our life cycles unit. It is a great set to support life cycles learning with bright clear pictures and descriptions. Relatively easy for beginning readers as well with short informative sentences to go along with the great pictures. There's questions in the back to discuss what was learned. Was a great price and shipped reasonably quickly as well. Definitely recommend to all teachers out there helping their students learn about life cycles.

These are perfect for first grade! I was able to use them for shared reading, interactive writing, vocabulary, sentence stems for procedural writing and art that shows the life cycles. They are full of info and beautiful pics❤️

Great books for young readers. I purchased these to help with learning about life cycles. I love at the end of the books are comprehension questions and new vocabulary review. I would rate reading difficulty as a stage 2 reading level.
