Delivery was very quick. Lovely smell, very pleased.

This has been a difficult product to rate. The poor rating is mostly due to the condition the bottles arrived in. The package had sustained no visible damage but upon opening the entire inside was wet. The bottles had been wrapped in bubble wrap but we’re on there sides and both had leaked. About a third of each was missing.Once upright the leaking stopped.The product itself has a nice fragrance and fabrics do smell clean for several days after using. It doesn’t totally eliminate odours but with regular use, it does make areas my dogs like to sleep stay smelling fresh.Really disappointed with the lack of consideration given to transporting the product by this provider and won’t be ordering online again but definitely recommend the product itself.

I am very disappointed receiving 2 plastic containers that are leeking into the cardboard box. As I picked them up I got weed killer on my hands !!!I cannot rate them
