Great machine excellent construction and designs
I go to the gym to try to keep my muscles strong and functional. This machine is great for arms shoulders and pecs and upper back. Made well adjustable resistance. Research shows isometric exercises are very good too. This machine allows you to do isometric by keeping it compressed. Very versatile. Very easy to adjust resistance.

Works well.
The action is smooth and there is enough resistance for growth for me. It's easy to make adjustments too. One downside is that the width of the starting point cannot be adjusted independent of the resistance level. It is tied into the resistance level chosen. The higher the resistance level, the wider the starting width is.

great chest workout
I have another "bar-type" chest exerciser with a spring that I use but I have never loved it, as I always feel like I can't get a good grip on it. This provides a nice smooth compression with each rep. No popping or sticking of the pistons whatsoever. The grips themselves have a nice texture that gives me a great grip, even as my hands begin to sweat. The only thing I am worried about it the longevity. I own a pistol-safe that uses gas pistons to automatically pop open the door. I have found that I need to replace the pistons every couple years or so, even with non-frequent use. I think gas pistons just slowly leak pressure over time, which eventually just give way. But I have been able to find replacement pistons for cheap, so I'm not overly worried. This feels like a nice solid piece of equipment which will serve me well.

Very effective
Very suprised how well this thing works. Built sturdy. Best at home chest workout equipment I've come across. Been working out for 15 years and this thing continues to put me to work. 5 stars
