Purchased this as I wanted a 1 TB thumb drive. Unfortunately, there were a ton of corrupt sectors on the thumb drive. Files and folders would get corrupted (some I was unable to even delete). Ran a chkdsk and it came back with a lot of errors - reran with the /f option to try and fix it. Copied more files over and more corrupting/lost data - reran chkdsk and it found more bad sectors. It is usable and unreliable. Returning it. The one positive note - the return process to Amazon was very easy.

I have a ton of pictures, like over millions of pictures and I was not sure this would hold all the pictures I was wanting to back up offline. It took me days to dump all the pictures onto this little device and I still have 60% more space. So off to taking more pictures without worry of backup storage. So happy with this little guy!!!

Not only was this drive very slow, but it doesn't hold near 1TB as advertised. I got to about 390GB (if that was even accurate) and it would simply make room for a new file by deleting the last one written. I could watch the files in the folder download, disappear and new download appear. This was the second no-name flash drive that performed like this. I recommend staying with a name-brand storage company; I went with SanDisk. Little more money but it's fast and actually holds 1TB.

I needed this to digitize a shoe box full of Hi-8 tapes to movie format and was told this small tiny gadget will hold a shoebox full of my tapes. I love it.

Couldn't even backup 250mb without issues. Sometimes it would get 50% completed before it just stopped. This happened on 3 different computers (2 Macs & 1 Win machines). Since some of the data copied had financial info, I was very reluctant to return the flash drive. I even tried to run a reformatting/data scrubbing program and it too would fail at various places in the process. Just garbage! Over $30 thrown in the trash after a hammer smash. Buy cheap, get cheap!

I bought this USB to copy files from my hard drive, so I could have them wherever I went. I used Robocopy to start copying to the new USB.The Robocopy would timeout, and not be able to read the USB or files. I ran the chkdsk /f /r command to see if the USB had issues, and it did. Then ran the sfc /scannow command and found more errors. These were repaired. Ran the Robocopy again, and the same issue happened. Tried to re-format the USB using ExFAT and tried Robocopy again. No change. Used SFC /scannow and found errors, repaired but same issue when copying files. No matter how many times I re-format, and change the file system from ExFAT/NTFS the USB fails between 32 GB - 86 GB. Going to return it to Amazon and look for another large USB.

I have loaded all of my photos on this drive and it has lots of storage. It is a great product
