Does taste like one from the shops
Used this with a mix of beef mince 5% fat / pork shoulder (approx 60/40 split). The max does need some extra fluids such as vinegar and Worcestershire sauce to help keep it moise and binds the meat. I stuffed the mix into a natural hog casing and I was very happy with the result.
