These chips are not very hard, they are light and crisp and almost flake into your mouth.

Is Agave syrup, Paleo? didnt think it was.

Not sure what qualifies as Paleo or not, but agave syrup has a low glycemic index so your body processes it differently than regular sugar or honey.
