well in my own opinion i don't rate very highly , its not supressed my appetite ,i seem to want to eat more , but just because its not really working for me it doesn't mean that it would not work for someone else. ,i will give it one more month and go from there, i do however find it a bit sweet but nice flavour.

No Changes
Been taking them for 3-4 months and haven’t noticed any changes to weight or appetite. Personally didn’t like the taste but are easy for me to take followed by some water to take away the taste.
