AMAZING
This is my 5th air fryer. The first two sucked. I loved the 3rd one but it went kaput within 6 months plus it was hard to clean anyways. The 4th one (Ninja Flip 10-in-1 Toaster Oven & Air Fryer) absolutely SUCKED. It either burned & dried out my food or undercooked it and left it soggy or both. After trying to figure it out for a week... I finally gave up. It was also a nightmare to clean (like everyone else says, even the ones who love it.) BUT I am so happy I found this air fryer!! Not to mention it's 2/3 of the price of the crappy ninja flip (which was on sale, too.) But this one has been amazing. From the very first meal I cooked... the food turned out great and it's only gotten better since I've learned how it works. 9/10 things I cook in it, turn out perfectly cooked and crispy. I suck at cooking chicken any other way than in this air fryer. I go on and off the low histamine diet and whenever I'm on it... it's sooo much easier cooking my meals in this and I don't have to compromise on taste, either. I cook tons of different vegetables and they all turn out delicious. But all the meats I've cooked in this have also been surprisingly tasty. It doesn't get hot all around the air fryer so it's safe around kids if they were to happen to touch it. It's actually better looking than I expected. It's very intuitive. I did run it on a cycle outside first to get the initial burn off and I didn't think it smelled (too) bad (and I'm very sensitive to chemicals and smells.) It's insanely easy to clean. I'm very hard to please and this air fryer has pleasantly surprised me. If anyone says that air fryers suck... I now know they just don't have a Cosori TurboBlaze. But the main reason I ordered this one over others is that I went down a rabbit hole about PFOA + PTFE free air fryers and even the ones that are stainless steel, many are coated with teflon or some sort of forever chemical. I am grateful to have found this ceramic one that is PFOA + PTFE free so I feel safe using it. I've also read their customer service is amazing and discovered that it comes with a manufacture's 1 year warranty BUT if you register it online within 14 days of purchasing it... they give you a 2 year warranty. Overall, 11/10 recommend. Cosori, thank you for making such a quality product for an amazing price.

Very nice air fryer, love it
This air fryer does not disappoint in any way. Perfect size for me and my husband, we are usually only cooking for two but it has plenty of room, probably for 3 or 4. It is truly non stick and cleans up with a mere rinse and wipe. It seems like nothing sticks at all. I do wash it for sanitary reasons but it just comes clean so easily. We've cooked chicken wings and roasted sweet potatoes (cubed) and those two used to stick in my old air fryer constantly. The control panel is easy to use, the recipe book has some great suggestions. The quality just seems to be excellent. Very happy with this purchase. Planning to purchase again as gift. I also love the proofing option. Looking forward to trying that out for breads.

I LOVE my air fryer
I absolutely love my air fryer! It cleans so easily and cooks everything too perfect perfection. This is the first air fryer I’ve ever had. I love making eggplant sticks, brussels sprouts, sweet potato fries, and chicken wings. The chicken wings are so easy and so good. I don’t buy any of the prepackaged stuff. I use all fresh vegetables.

Cosori Means Quality
My Cosori air fryer has enhanced my cooking experiences over the past couple of years. It cooks food perfectly—and super quickly! During the hot days of summer, I no longer dread getting extra heat in my kitchen (and home) from a regular oven. In fact, since getting an airfryer, I rarely use my regular oven at all. (I really only use it to bake sourdough bread sometimes. I’ve tried the air fryer for that with limited success.) I loved loved loved my older Cosori air fryer but started to wonder if there were a quieter version available, because it seemed loud to me, especially when I was talking to others, in person or on the phone. Also, when I’m cooking in the kitchen I often like to listen to music, but if the air fryer was going as well, it would be too loud to have both on at the same time. I don’t want to ruin my hearing! When I searched online for a quieter air fryer, I quickly discovered Cosori’s TurboBlaze 6.0-Quart Air Fryer. The new TurboBlaze Cosori has a nice, sleek look. It’s definitely quieter than my old Cosori. You can hear it for yourself in my video, which I made while trying it out for the first time (made a simple grilled cheese sandwich). The new Cosori features a lovely ceramic coating, and has a crisper plate instead of a double basket. I wasn’t sure I’d like this change, but I do. I think it’s an improvement because it’s simpler and makes cleaning easier. The air fryer has many different cooking functions and modes, Air Fry, Bake, Broil, Dry, Frozen, Keep Warm, Preheat, Proof, and Reheat, to use as needed. This air fryer comes with full instructions and a colorful cookbook of 50+ Handcrafted Recipes. I am eager to try the recipe for homemade focaccia! So far, I’m very pleased with my new Cosori and look forward to using it often. To me, Cosori means quality. And for those of you who watched my very brief video, I decided to put the sticker inside of the Cosori cabinet, as pictured.

Best air fryer ever!
Bought this to replace our old air fryer. We love it!!! It preheats faster than our last one. The controls are super easy to understand that eve my 97 year old mom who has some vision issues has no trouble figuring out. We have used it for everything from reheating to proofing to making dinner. It’s super quiet when running and is super easy to clean. We love it!

Great for Reheating and Frozen Food
I really like this Cosori Turbo Blaze. My microwave broke, so I have been using this just about every day. I love the reheat feature. It comes up to reheat at 390 degrees for 5 minutes. If I have some fries and a piece of meat left over from lunch, I put it in a silicone liner and press reheat after I preheat. It does great at 5 minutes! I turn it after 3 minutes so both sides get heated. As for fries, I just move them around with tongs. Reheated in the air fryer, they taste so much better than microwaved. I have also cooked frozen foods a lot including potatoes, fries, tater tots, and zucchini. Everything tastes great. Nothing has burned. I use the time and temps on the bags of frozen vegetables. I bought this like new at a great value. They said it was mint and it looked new. I cleaned it off with a sponge outside and then put the tray and crisper in the dishwasher. There was no smell to it other than food. It is not noisy and I expect it to last. The control buttons are easy to use. I press reheat or sometimes frozen and match the time to the bag time. All in all I am sure happy with this purchase. It also fits on the counter much better than my large oven. I also plan to bake muffins in silicone cups. It is easy to clean.

Great Addition To My Kitchen - updated review
So far this air fryer is great. I had gone through two Insta pot air fryers in the last two months, my first one had a screw that broke off during handwashing, because there was rust underneath it. I returned that one and ordered another one and that one came in dented, and the basket kept sticking. So I decided to go with this air fryer. A good size and fits well on my counter. Love, the fact that the basket locks in place, there’s also an option to pause the cooking. If should you need to. Functionally, this air fryer offers multiple features making this air fryer a great addition to my kitchen. And the cookbook that comes with it, provides multiple recipes for a variety of dishes. Update to my review…. This air fryer is still a great addition to my kitchen, the one thing that I would change is the bottom of the basket. When you remove the basket from the unit and put it on the counter, all your food slides forward so in order to ensure your food doesn’t slide, you have to hang the front of the basket, over-the-counter, which I don’t find very safe. Other than that, I have had much success in the quality and flavor of the foods that I cook in this air fryer

Has been a reliable brand for years
Looking back, after all my experience with Cosori over the years, I knew better than to buy a different brand (basket style/8 qt with a wireless programmable thermometer on top). Definite mistake. The off-gassing was SO bad I should have followed the warning and done initial burn-in outside. (Couldn't do that in the winter and keep an eye on it.) Plus, I wondered what kind of raw material was coating the wires anyway. Not unusual for a little electrical odor... After setting up fans to force the odor outside, my headache from the stench eventually subsided. No exaggeration. I boxed it for return and ordered my reliable brand. I should have purchased the Cosori to begin with. When deciding between the two, I opted for trying the other one because of larger capacity and thermometer technology. (While a nice feature, I really didn't "need" the thermometer, because I have a good wireless thermometer for use in an air fryer, oven, or grill...which is much more versatile than a dedicated one.) The newTurbo Blaze is everything my other Cosoris have been and, naturally, having used an air fryer since 2017, I opted for some upgrades along the way, gifting my retiring ones to my brother. This new Turbo Blaze is extremely quiet - even in Turbo mode. Cooking at 2am doesnt disturb anyone with either the fan speeds or the end of cycle notice. The notification is quieter, and soft pleasant sound, not sharp or blaring. The menu on top is bright, large and easy to program. End results are great, as has been with my older Cosori models. And, I gotta say, I've never had a Cosori quit or stop functioning properly. (I have, unfortunately, dropped the basket and caused damage.) I really appreciate the ceramic coating on the basket and crisper tray. It makes clean up quick and easy. The 6 qt. size is good for the majority of my needs, but it would be nice if Cosori would produce an 8 qt. Turbo Blaze. I would buy it in a heartbeat.
