I was very much confuse to buy a tv and finally I chose this tv. I am really satisfied with the TV. If you're a Samsung user you will love this product. TV sound quality is very good.

No warranty
Well , it maybe was my mistake that I didn't check, always take UAE version with warranty, mine was international without warranty ( which I wasn'taware if ) , it got middle line pixels wiped white after one week .

تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء وصدمت بان هذا المنتج من غير ضمان مع العلم عندما اشتريته اكن تحت الضمان والمنتج سيء لدرجة استخدام ساعات قليلة يوميا ومع ذالك تلفت الوان الشاشة ولاحول ولاقوة أنا عن نفسي لا انصح بهذا المنتج لعدم المصداقية والتقيم صفر

The picture quality doesn’t feel well
It doesnt display 4k the picture quality is terrible , watchin netflix and prime feels like 720p its not internet problem 100 mbThe picture doesnt feel well
