This is basically a book for professionals, which I am not, but it's easy to read and follow and an excellent guide to using the Pilates Circle. Personally I found it expensive and would have gladly purchased a used copy, but none were available.

Step by step, thorough from breathing technique to foot/toe placement. Functional and then some, great spiral bound, awesome pictures and easy to understand. This is a must for teachers. I required have one-on-one instruction after 2 spinal surgeries gaining 4 years of experience. If you have a reformer at home (no matter what make) invest in this book. It’s that good.

Most comprehensive and thorough book on pilates reformer. Must have if you are getting a home pilates reformer. It is expensive but the best I've seen available. Excellent.
