Helps kids
My 6 and 9 year olds love these. They can play and are working on arm strength. Ease to put up and use.

Not designed for short person
The product itself is good, but the designer seem to expect their customers to be all tall enough. As you could observe from my picture, after I set it up to fit my height, the stripe of the foot rests takes almost half of the entire length, and there's no room to adjust on the top stripe. This is even after I replaced with a shorter and thicker resistance band, but still too long for me. I don't understand why they made the foot rest so long. They can totally make the top adjustable part longer to fit people with different height.

!!!Great Results provided it and the bar are Properly Adjusted!!!
Being patient in adjusting the #1 Strap length, #2 Pull up bar height and #3 Your height to work in a coordinated fashion may take time! I'm 6 feet tall and my pull up bar is mounted above my door so that standing on the balls of my feet I can grasp the bar. The strap length is adjusted so by pulling on it I can slide one foot into the sling and when I place my weight on the sling that lowers all the way to the the floor for me to stand on one foot while inserting other foot easily inserted into the second loop. Never swing on the strap; that seems to be the error that many make. The carabiner can accommodate an extra resistance band, which has been very helpful. I highly recommend buying additional resistance bands and set up the right combination that works for you.

No More Excuses for Not Doing This Essential Exercise!
I hate pull ups because they are hard to do. But, it's one of the essential core body workouts recommended for overall body conditioning so I try to do it. I have always thought about something elastic that could just give me a boost in effort to encourage actually doing this exercise. This is such a device. The concept is simple and it works. The materials are decent and not bad at all. The stitching is good and the 2 included carabiners are incredibly hefty and heavy, though the swivel joints are not that smooth. Sometimes the swivel will get stuck open and it you need to pull it closed. The good news is that you mess with the carabiners very seldomly once you get them positioned. I included a photo of the "instructions" which are pictorial but very basic and not super clear. It doesn't tell you how to properly attach the unit to the pull up bar. I guess one can figure it out, but they shouldn't skip steps just so that they only have an even number of photos to print onto the page. The knee strap vinyl doesn't seem thin but I am not sure how sweat and heat/UV will affect it. The webbing seems okay but not heavy duty. You won't put all of your weight on it so it's not a big deal, but it's my observation. The rubber band is really thick and not super stinky like some uncured rubber can be. There isn't a great deal of white powder on the rubber which I notice on many uncured rubber items so I supposed that's a good sign. The description alludes to you being able to adjust how much lift you want, but again, the instructions don't mention it. I am guessing you need to wrap the rubber band more and attach them to the carabiners. The most frustrating thing was looping the webbing "opening" hole from the yellow pull up bar attachment strap, onto one of the carabiners. The hole is tight and not big enough to get the tip of the carabiner into it. I had to use a screwdriver to stretch the hole wider. Other than that, the assembly was not that bad. Using it took a little trial and error since, well, instructions were lacking. Once you get it all put together the straps do a good job of assisting your pull up. It basically lifts you up and takes some of the weight off so you can lift easier. As you get stronger, you can use less assistance. My only gripe is that as you pull up with the rubber strap in front of you, the strap gets in the way and rubs you in sensitive areas. Perhaps using your knees is a possibility but I am using my feet. If you are worried about the rubber straps snapping (which shouldn't really be an issue since they are really thick and hefty, you can wrap the heavy carabiners in a soft material, just in case they snap. I am glad I got this despite some of the quirks. It will help me do more pull ups and that, is the goal after all.

Livery easy to set up
I just installed the Pull Up Assist Bands in less than 5 minutes, despite barely being able to do 1 pull-up at 47, my goal is to hit 5 pull-ups by the end of the month. I know what y’all might be thinking but my back is the weakest part of my body. It’s never too late.

Straps too long
Unfortunately, my assistive chin up band broke that I’ve used for years. I decided to try this brand. The straps that are rubber are way too long(doubled as instructed) . I tried hooking it up on my bench press bar, which is approximately 8 feet in the air and even with my weight of 123 pounds it went right to the ground. It did not assist at all.

Not for me
I’m 6’2 and 210 pounds. The single elastic strap doesn’t work for me. The assistance gives out at 80% so I can’t get past the bar.I can double up the elastic loop so that I get more assistance but then it’s too high up so I need to step off a stool.Everything is good quality but I don’t want to step off a stool to get my feet into the loops.

Do it work
I like it. I used another version but that was only one leg. So it made balance really hard. This version with the 2 foot hold makes everything so much easier.
