Great product, seems to be working

I've taken magnesium for a long time to release stuff muscles, but not as a sleep aid. The first fast-acting magnesium product I bought to help me sleep was brilliant but just too expensive. This is a better price and still has exactly the same desired effect. It isn't all I do to solve my insomnia issues, but it is really pulling its weight. I almost sleep through, when I used to wake up 5-7 times every night. Naturally I feel much better because of this, so I think it is well worth the cost for the positive effects it achieves.

It has helped me a lot with my bedtime routine. I feel more relaxed and falling asleep is an easier process now
