Worth every penny great to hear these tracks again and some I hadn’t heard.

Only a four as my eyes read the tracks list as one thing and my brain fog read as another so too many old ones for me. I'm more of a fan from the 80's stuff. Still great music that gets you bobbing round your living room! A crack in the front cover but it was preowned and still great value for this album so no complaints really😎.

I started buying records in the late fifties, when most of the music was in mono, and I got used to the dynamics of that punchy sound; so when I listened to 'The Rolling Stones Singles Collection', an added bonus for me was that most of the tracks are also in mono, which was the way I originally heard them back in the sixties. This 3-CD set also features many of the single B sides which you don't always get to hear, including gems like ''Off The Hook', 'Good Times, Bad Times' and 'Play With Fire'; as well as the U.S. flipside of 'Satisfaction' - 'The Under-Assistant West-Coast Promotion Man'. This excellent value for money set covers a lot of ground, taking you all the way from the group's debut May '63 single, 'Come On', up to 1970's 'Brown Sugar', so if you're looking for a comprehensive overview of the Stones' 45's in glorious (mostly) mono, this is the set to get.

Well. Does what it says on the tin. Every single Single, A's&B's, up to 1971. Nuff said. Essential must have for Stones fans. Great listening 😎

exactly what i wanted

This collection demonstrates the group's R & B foundations, with strong lyric lines and clean musical arrangements, although a few of the later songs experimented - unsuccessfully - with some of the weirder ravings of the music scene of the time. We have both UK and US B sides, so some of the music was unknown to me. It's interesting to speculate where the group would have gone without the later moulding process which necessarily destroyed some of their originality.
