It's a surprisingly great tasting coffee. To be honest, I was expecting just another variation of Columbian in my cup. However, once I brewed it in my single serve coffee maker, and took my first sip, it opened my eyes with enjoyment. It's got a bold coffee punch without any acidic bite or aftertaste. It comes as a medium to fine grind, which made it ready-to-go, with either my previously mentioned machine or my espresso maker as well. I've already enjoyed 3 cups since yesterday, and am about to make my second today, for a yummy, relaxing midday cafe. Perfect recommendation for this coffee aficionado. Thank you a bunch.

I liked the aroma of this coffee which I could smell before even taking it out of the box. I did see some tiny openings in the bag that had allowed that aroma to escape. Given this, I immediately moved the ground coffee to a vacuum sealed container to keep it fresh. The grind is a consistent medium drip grind and worked well with my drip grinder and would also be great for a pour over. Aroma is pleasant with a sense of sweetness and finished with a bit of acidic notes for me. I was ready for a cup from the start and made a quick drip cup with my coffee maker. Color is a nice caramel shade, aroma is of a medium boldness, and the flavor is reminiscent of coffee you would get in a diner - mid-boldness with a smooth start and finish, very easy drinking. This is a good option if you prefer ground coffee and enjoy a medium bold flavor in your cuppa.
