Used these to make a tiramisu fudge cake. They kept their shape more than I wanted (was hoping they would melt a bit) but were still really great and held the coffee in them quite well

Not gluten free
Not gluten free. They come up in the Amazon search as a gluten free product (not the companys fault). No good for me as 45% wheat flour. Shouldn't have trusted the Amazon search.

A staple for my cupboard! Love them for trifles & tiramisu

Exactly what I wanted.
I'm not keen on sponge fingers in trifle but these have a nicer texture. They are also good just as biscuits.

Perfect for tiramisu
Bought these to make Tiramisu, turned out perfectly. Crunchy, not spongy unlike many UK versions. Comes in 2 packets too so you don't need to use them all at once.
