So i read a review that said these had cooling herbs on the pad, and i thought heck yeah cool whoo-ha (yes I am in menopause, and get hot easy). Now as far as pads go they are ok, they stick, but cooling they are not, at least not for me.

These are fantastic, I stumbled upon these by accident and once the initial "oh geez it's spicy!" Feeling wears off, you can notice a huge difference in how the downstairs feels even between periods. I can't wear tampons and had been trying to find a good clean brand to commit to and was so incredibly happy to find The Honey Pot, I've been using them since about 2019 and will continue to use them.

Great brand, the oils prevent that labial pain, although it can be a bit spicy at first! They are expensive but hold a lot.

I realize this is not for everyone, but it’s definitely takes some time to get used to the herbal infusion. I will say the sensation is quite prominent, after the 1st use, but after a while it is very soothing especially for bad menstrual pain.
