Crystal Star Fibro Defense 60 Ct (6 Pack)

I am in hopes to shrink fibroids, or help with the pain of the fibroids. I heard great things about fibrogen in general. I tried a month supply with 2 pills a day for about a month, and seemed to be okay. Once I purchased a 6-mo supply, then I noticed when I tried to take up to 4 pills a day as recommended, it seemed to overact my fibroids. I felt pain on the sides and nauseated. Therefore, I decided to take only 2-3 day, up to a week. I have to take a week break, and then do again. I cannot seem to take it 2-3 months straight with quantity recommended then a month break as stated on bottle. I hope it helps. I also am mindful of my diet, exercise, and eating habits as a whole to consider including prayer (spiritual side, even yoga or tai chi). Meditation too.Right now, I am not convinced yet.
