Its a perfect simple no nonsense laptop
Its super light, dunoo what HP has done. Its simple and come with WINDOWS 11-PRO version. Dunno what was the issue with other who purchased it. This is a new 2023 model. Awaiting invoice from the seller.Rest you can buy with peace of mind. I got it at 1530 AED.

I'm very upset about this laptop because of on keyboard lights!!And no invoice as well. I want to exchange it's possible??

Great value for the money
I brought the 4GB RAM, 256 GB SSD, Ryzen 3 variation of this laptop.If you are a power user with some serious work or gaming, this laptop obviously isn't for you. However ,if you just need a laptop for basic admin tasks, web browsing, blogging, writing, etc.... then it's more than enough.I recommend removing some of bloat ware that is pre installed on the HP windows imagine since 4GB is hardly enough for windows 11.Anyway, for 999 aed, this laptops is fantastic.

Battery is always low bat ,it’s totally you need to charged while in use
I regret buying it ,as the keyboard already broken some letters even not using it often ,and also the battery is always need on charge while using it otherwise it will shutdown.

Wrong Specification in Description
The processor speed was advertised as 4.7 GHz, but the actual speed is only 1.7 GHz, resulting in very slow laptop performance
