Not to be used internally.
These do look very black and nasty but when you lob them into an electric drill they are actually quite gentle and easy to use, so very good for the creative individual who wants to create shapes and form, they work quite passively and are not so active that your medium vanishes before your eyes, you can see what you are doing. Very creative tools that take that quantum leap beyond drill and jigsaw to give shape and movement, form and depth that the aforementioned cannot manage. ( Gosh that sounds posh...I should be paid for that!!!)
