This is a very good alternative to regular lasagna noodles. Their texture was great and the taste was neutral. Perfect for lasagna. I used to make lasagna all the time but stopped because I didn't want to use regular noodles (I avoid wheat and gluten).. I will now make lasagna at least monthly. Thanks for providing a product that isn't made of wheat, rice, or potato starch!!

Absolutely no difference noticed in taste or texture from regular noodles. I've bought various different noodles made of vegetables, and even with the sauce it's almost impossible to eat them. Horrible aftertaste, paired with the fact they're always gritty. But this is amazing. Smooth texture and no strange aftertaste. I didn't pre boil them, just laid out layers and added a bit of extra water in the dish. Came out perfect. Highly recommend.

We were hoping to get a gluten-free pasta with a neutral flavor as was described, but beware - this pasta doesn't taste like wheat, rather it tastes like peas.

We are a gluten free, dairy free family, and recently my doctor has me on a grain free diet as well. These noodles exceeded my expectations. They have a great texture and a great flavor, I honestly wouldn’t know they weren’t wheat! And I love that there is one single ingredient, no gums, no fillers… WOW! They are easy to handle… more sturdy than Barilla brand or even Jovial. I use both those brands but I will use this brand most of the time now. The price is a bit steep but for what it is I am more than willing to pay! The noodle sheets themselves are perfect size, you need one box for a 9x13 lasagna! So impressed by these!!

Some vegan products are very good, this one I didn't care for and would not buy again.
