Life saver !
I absolutely love these ! They have been a game changer for me ! I sleep amazing and it’s been well over a year since I’ve been able to do that! I’ve been on these a month and will continue to take them ! No more night sweats and they taste good ! I would recommend these a million times over!

Stopped hot flashes immediately
Highly effective! My hot flashes disappeared overnight! I am currently on my 2nd bottle. I was skeptical to try this product. But with the hot flashes hourly, lasting longer and exhausting I had to try this. I prefer gummy vitamins due to my malabsorption issues. Quality: These taste like you just had a little dessert. Not overly sweet. Very easy to chew. Dissolving quickly with each chew. Do not stick together in the container. I have heard that stopping black cohosh and restarting again does not have the same effectiveness. Luckily I will gladly keep taking these! ( I have not noticed an improvement in sleep quality, or mood improvement )

Good, but didn't work for me
These tasted good and were easy to take. I took them for 2 months, but they didn't do anything to help my symptoms.

Much needed relief
It took me 4 weeks of consistent use for it to curb my hot flashes. Now, I have it on autoship. These have helped me so much to regulate my hot flashes and eradicate my night sweats altogether. I feel like a new person. In case you are wondering, I am 46 years old and had a hysterectomy a year ago.

I am 54 and started getting hot flashes. So I looked on line and found these and thought I'd give it a try. Let me tell you........they work. I don't know how or why but they are an amazing relief. If you get hot flashes, I highly recommend getting these. They are not that expensive either.
