Aluminum free that actually works! I am not a fan of Dr. S soaps, like, at all. We make our own tallow based soaps so far superior to the Squatch seed oil soaps it's unreal, so I was hesitant with the deodorant. To my surprise they actually work well! I apply after a shower in the evening and do not reapply until the next night. Scents are pleasant, they go on thick, no skin irritation, and lasts until it's washed away. Highly recommended.

Smells Great, Works All Day—Just Watch for the FuzzBoth of my boys really like this deodorant—it smells great, lasts all day, and I feel good knowing it's non-toxic. It’s been a solid swap from the usual brands, and they actually want to use it, which is a win in itself! The only downside is that hair tends to stick to the top of the stick, which can be a little annoying. Other than that, it's a great product that keeps them feeling (and smelling) fresh!

Smooth creamy texture, and doesn’t offer dermatologist-level sweat resistance like some other stronger more expensive kinds. Very effective for keeping me semi-dry and smelling good throughout my sometimes 12+ hour workdays. Doesn’t burn my armpits to hell like Old Spice does either, so that’s a plus.

My son loves this product! It protects him really well and it’s aluminum-free, which is a big plus. I’ve tried other brands in the past, but they didn’t prevent body odor like this one does. We’ve bought it many times and will definitely keep buying it!

I had high hopes for the Dr. Squatch Natural Deodorant for Men in Pine Tar + Birchwood Breeze, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. Let’s start with the good: the pine tar scent is amazing. It’s woodsy, rugged, and fresh—like I just stepped out of a forest after chopping wood. The Birchwood Breeze adds a nice, crisp vibe too. I catch myself sniffing my pits just to enjoy it, and my wife loves it. Plus, I like that it’s aluminum-free and natural—feels better knowing I’m not slathering chemicals on my skin.But here’s the letdown: it does next to nothing for odor control. By midday, I’m already noticing that funky smell creeping in, even on chill days when I’m not sweating much. I’ve got to reapply it 3-4 times just to keep up, which is a hassle. It glides on smooth and doesn’t irritate, but if it can’t tackle the stink, what’s the point? I wanted to love this, and the scent is a total win, but for actual deodorant power, it’s a swing and a miss. Three stars—smells awesome, but I need more from it.

The wood barrel bourbon scent is by far my favorite. Pine tar is also great. I accidentally ordered the Maverick Musk, which I'm personally not a fan of. However, Dr. Squatch has lots of scent options so you can find one that is right for you.I also find that this keeps me pretty dry throughout the day, which is something that I haven't found with any other non-aluminum deodorant.
