I suffer from recurring UTIs, and anyone who does will know how utterly horrible they are. I have ended up with kidney infections because of them, which is even worse. I hate taking antibiotics because of the side effects, and also, when you feel a UTI coming on you need quick action. I was buying those over the counter sachets weekly and they were no longer working. I searched online for a natural cure and bought this not sure what to expect. I ordered high strength cranberry tablets at the same time (amazon have really high strength ones not like the one you get in chemists) and hoped for the best. I take one cranberry tablet a day, and drink a small glass of water twice a day, with two tiny scoops of this powder. I haven’t had a urine infection in three months since I started, not even a hint. It’s compeltly and utterly worked for me and I’m not being dramatic when I say life changing. The beauty of the powder is you can increase your dose of you are suffering a bout and need to. In saying that, I’ve never needed to. If you suffer from UTIs, get in this and the high strength cranberry tablets. Amazing x

I suffered with chronic UTIs from a young age. I tried everything on the market until I discovered d mannose. This one in particular has been the most effective so far, to the point where I no longer require regular antibiotics to resolve this that we’re leaving me with thrush. UTI’s also make you tired, depressed and suffering with back and pelvic pain but this has all gone now! The best way to take this for me is to drink 2 scoops in a quarter glass of still water per day. This is fare more effective that just drinking it when UTI symptoms start showing. Thank you so much for this. It has taken me 39 long years to find an alternative cure!Update:22.8.21I have been using this product for 3 years but this time the product had a more sugar like texture than the fluffy powder texture I’m used to. It did not work and resulted in a UTI. I’m presuming this was a bad batch but something has definitely changed in the texture. I’ve had to purchase another brand and cranberry tablets as this wasn’t working. The powder made my troo worked immediately. I think I will be sticking to that for the time being. Very disappointing as I’ve sworn by this purchase for the last 3 years.

Recommend to all my friends who suffer with UTIs. Brilliant product and works very well therefore avoiding going on antibiotics and doctors trips. It's not only good for treating an infection, but also preventing; I take a small dose every day and haven't suffered with an infection in a long long while. It's a natural sugar product and very little is metabolised (thus doesn't affect blood sugar levels) so so much better for the body than antibiotics. When you're told to drink cranberry juice when suffering, it's because cranberries have D mannose sugar. But drinking a carton of juice will not get any where near as much D mannose through your system as taking it in powder form does. D mannose powder all the way!

My magic powder as I call it.. I have suffered with UTIs after intercourse for the last 10 years. It ruined my life and strained my rationships over the years. I even had an operation last year to stretch my urethra but it only helped temporarily... Since I bought this I have not had a single episode and it is changing my life. I take it daily and then the extra doses it recommends after sex.Fingers crossed it continues to do the job.

Having had 2 different courses of antibiotics within two weeks, all my symptoms returned with a vengeance on a Friday afternoon. Feeling dreadful again, I ordered this on Saturday evening, not really believing it would help, but feeling so desperate I was willing to try anything. It arrived the next day, Sunday, and I could literally feel the difference after just one dose. 24 hours later and I feel back to normal. This beats antibiotics any day!

UPDATE APRIL 5th, 2020: I still stand by the quality and effectiveness of this product but they’ve now included a scoop spoon with a longer handle and I am over the moon :) No more fishing around trying to find the tiny scooper!This truly saved my life. Great flavor and as effective as it is natural. The scoop is teeny-tiny so it may be difficult to find at first but it's in there.

Though I love d-mannose, this particular brand completely didn’t work for me. Taking d-mannose daily I went UTI free for months, as soon as I went over to this brand the problems came back. To make sure it wasn’t just a coincidence, I switched 3 times between this one and another brand, everything resulting in problems when taking this one. For me this was convincing enough to stop, but seeing other positive reviews I guess it does work for a lot of people. This powder is quite different to other brands, while the powder usually mixes hard with water and lays a bit on top of the water, this one just desolves. Next to that it tastes different. I guess it has a different making process, which somehow does not work for me. I will stick with slightly pricier options, and regret buying such a large amount (200g).

I've had really bad uti's since May, pretty much continuous pelvic pain, burning urine, two severe episodes withblood, and six lots of antibiotics including Nitrofurantoin, the go-to recommended a/biotic for uti's. Oh, andI've been drinking about 3 litres of water per day, no coffee, no alcohol. Nothing has made much difference.I've had scans which were negative, and my GP is now talking about urology referral. I read about D-Mannoseon a forum about uti's online, and then read the review below for this product. I ordered it on Saturday, itarrived on Sunday and I took the first dose on Sunday late afternoon. It's Thursday, and I'm in lessdiscomfort than I've been for five months. It is pretty much miraculous! I'm going to keep taking it for twoweeks, and then stop and see what happens.
