I like the shampoo and conditioner. It lathered up really well even though it’s sulfate free/natural shampoo. It really help with dandruff too. It also smells great and leave your hair smooth and frizz free. I deducted 1 star because my hair gets greasy faster than using other shampoo so I’ve to wash my hair more often or use more dry shampoo. I’ve been using it for couple of weeks and I hope my hair will gets use to it.

I didn't notice much of a different when I let my hair dry naturally. But when I blow dry my hair it is so much softer and looks so much nicer and less damaged. I usually only buy shampoo from the salon but i took a chance on this one and was happy i did. I've been using it for over a week now. I just wish the smell lasted longer. I would buy this again.

I waited a few weeks before writing a review to make sure this wasn't just an initial infatuation, and I gotta say, I'm becoming a bigger fan by the day. The scent is very pleasant, very "green" smelling, with primarily green tea, a bit of bamboo, and a hint of something almost-but-not-quite floral. I think it smells great personally, and it lingers juuust enough that you catch a hint of it if you put your hair against your face, but not so much that you feel perfumey all day.And the results! I swear to Bob, my hair is getting softer the longer I use it. I have naturally curly/wavy hair, which I blow out straight, and for most of my life I have dealt with that Day One Hair "foof" where it just looks sort of dry/puffy and won't lay really smoothly until Day Two unless I add a ton of products, which I hate to do. Well *knock on wood*... I don't really have that anymore. My hair feels very strong, sleek and soft right after I blow dry it. It's getting to where I can't stop running my fingers through my hair; I just love how it feels. And over these first few weeks of using it, it's just slowly continued to improve.After using these for a couple weeks I was loving it so much I decided to try one of their styling products, the Smooth Blowout Lotion, and that is literally all I use now. I wash my hair, add a bloop of the blowout lotion, blow dry, and that is it. There's still a part of me that's hesitant to call "holy grail," but I figure anything that has me petting my own freaking hair deserves a review.UPDATE 12/28/2018: I've now been using this shampoo and conditioner combo for over a year, and I have no desire to switch. Since I started using this my hair has gone from a just-above-the-hairline stacked bob in the back to skimming my shoulder blades, and it is still in probably the best shape of my adult life.

The shampoo is like water. I’ve had real samples of this stuff before and the shampoo was not this watery. I feel like they maybe watered it down to make it last longer. Unfortunately. Won’t be purchasing again even though I loved my samples, these are just not the same.

It’s a good product but here are my Woes-1. Both bottles were cracked/I went with it2. Cute packaging but very little product.3. Price is a bit high considering that products like Davine kick ass noteably and just have simple packages.For these reasons- I’m canceling my auto order.

I've been using this set for over a month now on bleached, platinum/white colored hair that was CRISPY and breaking off from being bleached so many times from dark, black hair. I was going to just chop it all off after more of my hair grew out, but decided to give these products a try. It smells great, bottles look cool, but most importantly it did what it said it'd do OVER TIME.After 2 weeks I started noticing my hair look a little healthier. By the fourth week the damaged parts started looking and feeling like they'd only been damaged twice by bleach and not the numerous times it actually had been. You can't turn back the clock on bleached hair completely, but this product comes pretty close to making it look like it can. I'm definitely ordering it again.

Looks great despite the pump top breaking during shipping, but that's aside from the issue. It feels great in the hair and adds a bit of volume while still being really light. The smell though reminds me of aloe gel for sunburn... if you like that, go for it. Overall it's great for normal people.BUT...If you have a sulfate allergy, you can use the conditioner, but NOT the shampoo! Second ingredient in the shampoo it's sodium C14-16 Olefin SULFONATE. Sulfonate is related to sulfate, and as a technically, they are classified as being different which is why it's OKAY Ato call it sulfate free.I was trying to use this as a replacement for my usual H&S but they gout like the first 10 ingredients being a sulfate/sulfonate.Oh well, on to the next one.

I ordered the Repair shampoo & conditioner soon after ordering the Volumizing set. I actually get better volume with the Repair set and it makes my hair look & feel great. Some repairing hair products work but also seem to make my hair require frequent washing, but not so with NatureLab TOKYO Repair. My hair stays clean with great volume for a couple of days, no problem. I’m not sure I love the bottles - they are cute, but I feel like they take. Up a lot of unnecessary vertical space with the pump. And I’m skeptical about how easily I’ll be able to get the last drops of product out of the bottles.... However, I still really love this product, especially since it is NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS! YAY!!!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to do it for this product. I absolutely love it. After one use my hair feels smooth without fly aways. I have fine frizzy hair that is hard to tame. This product took care of that problem. Will definitely buy it again.
