McIntoshVincent Van Gogh Sunflowers Fine Bone China (19.6 oz) Grande Mug in Matching Gift Box

I’ve gotten tired of drinking my tea/coffee out of substandard crockery. Not that my every day mugs are flawed in any way, but they’re just not upscale enough. I’ve always loved fine bone china. It really does change one’s drinking experience. No kidding. Well this mug fit the bill perfectly. It appears to be bone china, it hold at least 12-14 Oz I believe, has a really nice shape, which holds the heat. Hate cold tea / coffee! It is both microwave & dishwasher safe. And one very nice thing about this mug is that the handle does not get hot, if you do put it in the microwave. Unlike other ceramic mugs. Last but not least is the beautiful design. Who can beat Van Gogh’s sunflowers?? It’s perfect. May need to get the Iris pattern too!

This mug is so so pretty! I like that it is bone china & not real thick. I wasn’t sure I would like the shape but it does fit nicely in my hands. The colors are vivid. I find myself grabbing this mug every morning because it so roomy and it makes me happy just looking at it!

This was purchased as a Christmas gift. My cousin loved the Van Gogh sunflower design; that it was a bright, cheerful and spirit lifting mug to drink her morning tea in. The larger size was greatly appreciated also.

We have several of the McIntosh mugs. They are all very nice. Only draw back is there are fine bone china and very fragile. Hand wash and store carefully.

A beautiful mug that adds class. My kitchen decor has mustard, gold and yellow color accents and this complements the deep reds. The mug is a generous size giving it a more day to day and sturdy look. Careful though, it’s bone china and nobody wants to break a beautiful Van Gogh.

This mug is large, but that’s what I wanted, it’s beautiful, and the presentation and box it comes in are top notch. Very happy with this, it is 5 “ high and 3 1/2 “ across the top. I also have 2 of the small versions, excellent as well.

Very nice but was smaller by like an inch over the other designs that we have. Does the job good though.

I got this particular mug as a gift, and the person loved it! I have 10-15 mugs myself covering most of the European artists, and I have been very happy with them. The porcelain is so thin that you can almost see through the walls, but it is durable with reasonable use. In 2-3 years, I have used them daily for coffee and tea and put them in the dishwasher. None of them are chipped yet, and the designs are the same as when I got them (no fading or discolouration). The boxes they come in are thick and this one (the only one I've gotten by mail) did not break with transport. I've been using the boxes, which are also coloured with the designs, as storage around the house and to hold chocolates for guests.
