Got these about a month ago. My trainer at the gym introduced me to bands like these. The ones at the gym kept disappearing- so I got my own and will not lend them out. LOL.These are very well made. So far I am only using the very skinny one. It's quite strong, yet light weight for m gym bag.I've learned a 1/2 dozen exercises so for far with it. It will be a while before I'm ready for the other bands. Glad to know I have them for when I need them.

Pero hay un pequeño detalle por el cual no estoy contenta con el vendedor en el paquete viene incluido la guía de entrenamiento y se le olvidó ponerlo me llegó todo, pero la guía no llegó

I like how thick and sturdy they are. Totally worth the money! The ones you purchase from most department stores are a lot lighter in weight and thickness. Buy dumbbells can be expensive but theses are a good alternative to use.

I love these bands. They are durable and great for any and every workout!
