Best Investment of 2024!
Buying my Lenovo IdeaPad 3 was hands down my best investment in 2024! Delivery was swift, the packaging was great, and from the moment I unboxed it, I knew I had made the right choice. My top priorities in a laptop have always been good performance, upgradable storage, solid battery life, and lightweight design, and this laptop checks all the boxes perfectly. It runs smoothly for everyday tasks, and the battery lasts long enough to keep me productive throughout the day. The display is decent with good color quality, and for the price, I find it to be a budget-friendly yet reliable option. One thing I wasn’t expecting was the plastic build, but I actually love it, it’s lightweight and super easy to clean! For students, casual users, or anyone seeking an affordable laptop that balances performance and portability, the Lenovo IdeaPad 3 is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended!

Very nice, good value
Very good value for money and a nice quality build feel, selection of ports. Reputable known name. We were looking for a 2nd laptop at reasonable cost for general home use and this ticks the boxes. The N305 cpu although i3 is a 2023 release and comparable performance in many respects to i5 10th generation. Very fast startup. I immediately disabled the S mode option in win11 as wanted the freedom to install software applications that's not tied to Microsoft offerings - all good.

Keyboard.
Excellent laptop for home/personal use. Very easy to set up especially if you already a Microsoft account. My only major concern on this lightweight laptop is the Keyboard is very soft. I recommend a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse for every day use/heavy hitters. Appearance is slick, size is good and speed is fast.

I like this laptop but?
This laptop at under £300 with - Intel Core i3-N305 - 8 gigs of ram and a decent hard drive makes it well worth the money. Fast even with multiple tabs open, really is a powerful laptop. However I don't like windows 11 at all. I got rid of the pin. I don't need a password but getting rid of that option has alluded me thus far, Other than Microsoft controlling a laptop I have paid for, Windows 11 would be OK. The laptop is well worth the money.

Faulty Item return and refund process
We have not been able to use the product since the day we received it, as it has been faulty from the beginning. Although we sent it in for repair, it was returned to us still not working. We would like to request a return and a full refund, however, we are unable to see this option available on your system.We are extremely dissatisfied with the product and the service experience so far.
