Fits 2023 Crosstrek Sport
Perfect fit for my 2023 Crosstrek Sport. Matches the cargo tray perfectly and easy to install. Will protect the back of the seat well.I will say that even though I looked the part number up on Subaru’s website and it’s correct on this listing, Amazon says that it wouldn’t fit the car in a pop upmessage. I read through other reviews mentioning this same thing. Don’t let that deter from ordering this. It will fit if your call falls into the description listed. This liner was cheaper on Amazon than ordering it through the dealership.

Will definetely protect the back of the seats!
I recently purchased a brand new Cross Trek. I ride bike and the only way to put the bike in the car is to drop the back seats and lay the bike down in the back. I knew that very soon I would damage or tear the soft fabric on the back of the seats with this repeated maneuver, hence the reason I got this protector. This item does not come with installation instructions but it does refer you to a Subaru website to get instructions. Good luck with that!I got to the site and tried every possible search and word combinations to get to the installation of this product and nothing.( Not surprised, though. I have had the same issues in trying to find info in the Owner's Manual about other things. Apparently logical thinking is not something Subaru deems important. Sorry, had to vent)Anyway, I figured it out. When you see the protector you will note is has cut out holes (2 on the bigger cover, 1 on the smaller one), an elastic cord at the top and a skirt at the bottom. It comes equipped with velcro strips.1) Take off the head rest of one of the seats and then fold the seat down. (At the base of the headrest on the seat itself there is a button you push in on the side and that will release the headrest to pull it up and out. To fold down the seat, pull up the round release handle on the top of the back seat and push the seat down. To put the seat back just pull it back to upright position, making sure the release handle is back all the way in and not showing any "red" on its stem.)2) Since the protector has velcro strips, just align the cut out holes on the protector around the tether at the back of the seat (that would be that little rectangular hole in the back of the seat with a metal bar across it!) Once it is aligned, just smooth it down with your hands to make sure the velcro attaches properly. If the alignment is not to your liking just lift the protector away from the seat, realign and smooth again. You can keep repeating this step until the alignment meets your criteria! LOL3) At the bottom of the protector there is a plastic "skirt" that also has velcro. Lift a bit of the cargo area cover, just enough to slide the skirt in, smooth it down so the velcro attaches. The skirt is supposed to be underneath the cover of the cargo area.4) Put back the headrest, making sure the elastic cord at the top of the protector is around the prongs of the head rest. In other words, the cord goes around the base of the headrest. You may need to push in that little button on the side again so the prongs of the headrest can go back in place.5) Repeat with the other seat cover.I know it may sound a bit complicated when you read these instructions but once you have the product in your hands it will become clear to you how this attaches.Once I installed it and looked at it with the seats back up it looked a little "saggy'. Meaning it does not attach as smoothly and seamlessly to the back of the seats as I would like. But that is to be expected since it has velcro in only a few areas of the cover and the elastic strings gives it a bit more support at the top. However I need to reinforce this somehow and make it attach even more securely. What I am planning to do is get some adhesive backed velcro and add a lot more velcro strips to the back of the cover. That way I will have more surface area making contact between the cover and the back of the seats. No more "saggy" look. Then I can trust that the cover stays in place for good.Ultimately this product will do the job that I need it to do. That is to protect the back of the seats as I slide a bike in and out. Overall, I recommend it. Also, the covers will be easy to detach if ever there is a need to give them a good cleaning. And by the way this is a genuine Subaru part as stated in their site. Hope this is helpful to some.

Luckily it's easy to apply velcro yourself
Works as advertised. Wish the middle of each panel had Velcro though, as the middle sags a little bit when seats are upright. Luckily it's easy to apply velcro yourself.

Pricy but perfect
Although they’re a bit pricey because they’re OEM as expected, it’s a perfect fit for my 23 crosstrek and the patterns match up with the cargo liner.

Will Protect you Seatbacks!
Just received this product for my Crosstrek Sport and I think it will do a great job at protecting the backs of the seats. I plan to do lots of outdoor adventures year-round here in the PNW and these rubber mats will definitely protect the seat backs against water, dirt, and gear from shredding the soft material of the seat back. I know our previous car definitely took a beating from gear hitting the seat backs so if you have a new car don’t skip this purchase!! I will say I’m slightly disappointed that these mats don’t provide total coverage. There’s a tiny strip in the middle and around the edges that aren’t covered, but I guess it shows that in the picture for the product and I didn’t notice, so just a heads up! However, something I noticed about these seat back protectors is that there will be an overlap in coverage between the trunk mat so that part is designed really well.

Another must have accessory for an active outdoor lifestyle owner.
These were determined to be genuine and original, perfect for your Subaru and works as advertised. It even works on the RHD export version built in Japan. I can see how this product can protect your back seat but why must it be so expensive?
