Good product. Serves purpose. Good technical options. However seems very small, need to handle and keep carefully.

I had to use hydrogen peroxide to melt the ear wax by the bubbling and then easily scooped out the excess earwax from my ears using the scoop tool. The spring tool is quite useless. Maybe use it for just simpler cases. But, the scooping tool is useful. If ear wax becomes too hard which causes temporary hearing loss and tinnitus, it is better to get it removed by a doctor with better tools. You need to be careful not to tear your eardrums while using these tools. Never ever use cotton ear buds cause they just push the earwax closer to the eardrums. If you just use mustard oil in the ears once a month after a shower, it is good enough to avoid a earwax buildup.

I have so far used to flush ears with warm water to pump out the wax after applying wax dissolver drops for few days. This tool set makes things much faster. It is advisable to soak the wax in your ears for at least one day before trying to remove with these tools. Does the job safely
