Well packaged and nice and fresh!
I make a lot of breakfast flapjack-type breakfast bars and love these toasted on top of my porridge. You can't get very big bags at the supermarket, so this was a great find, so I can get scoffing ;o) Thank you

Good fresh seeds
I have been looking for organic seeds from Europe for some time. Local health stores only seem to stock ones from China. Although the Chinese ones may well be organic I prefer to use those that meet true European standards. I was delighted to find these on line from a supplier who made it clear before ordering exactly where they came from. They are good, fresh seeds and I shall order again, as long as they continue to be of European origin.

Excellent quality, great price and not from Chna. I am on my second bag and we love it added to breads, porridge or eaten straight from a box ;-) Try roasting it for a few minutes in a dry pan on low heat, delicious!
