Much better feel in my hand. I don't get cramps anymore, but there is not a lot of hook space to hold your work before the handle starts. That is my only complaint.

The metal hook part is too short to hold many loops besides a double crochet stitch; this hook is too short to hold many loops at one time. This is truly sad, because the handle, although too long to fit in a traditional case for hooks, is the best I have seen for use by arthritic hands, it is a fat handle, making it much more comfortable to crochet with.

i would not recommend this, the handle is just a hair to heavy and it is way over priced. i have been using it for a week now and i really really wanted to love this hook..... i use the pencil grip when i crochet and after 20min of use my hand starts to ache/. over priced and awkward to use.

Not good if you are left handed.

Fantastic for me as I have multiple health issues and this has brought joy back to crocheting. I want all the sizes!

I love Addi knitting needles, so I thought that the Addi Swing would be great for crocheting. It may have something to do with the way I hold a hook, but I found this shape to be very uncomfortable in my hand and painful for my wrist. I found the Etimo Tulip and Clover soft touch are much more suited to my style of crochet.

When I first found the Addi Swing Crochet Hook, I bought one just to try it. At first I didn't like the "new" feel in my hand, so accustomed to the straight-line aluminum hook was I.After completing a project with the Addi Swing Hook, I was "hooked!" I love it now and will NOT be going back to my old ones. What I love about it is that it fits into the natural form of my hand and there is a thumb rest! Plus the material...a softer version from the old aluminum ones, is so comfortable. I love it...it's worth the price!
