Mushroom benefits seem to be a popular topic these days. So many options out there I just went for this brand due to affordability and good selection of mushrooms. I think the results are mild but noticeable. I had been in a 'bit of a funk'. Not sure why but I had been dragging in everything. Low energy.. no focus... Just existing. The mushrooms seemed to "clear the fog". A bit of extra energy at first... Then after a few days my focus was better... Ideas returning... Motivation picked up. It's not a miracle but a gentle and effective "solution" to my own personal rut. I wasn't broken... Just a bit out of tune. Somehow these mushrooms got me back in tune. My brain signals seem to be back in track. This was a good investment in myself.
