Purchased silver model with wine rack (for my missus) non-plumbed water dispenser for me. Having read multiple reviews where the units were delivered damaged - Happy to say mine arrived with no damage and was slid in to place by the delivery team within the delivery window that I picked. Having the water dispenser is a good option. Reviewed various models and chose this one due to fantastic price and size limitations in my kitchen, connects to smart things app for ease of operation with a nice feature of being able to tell the fridge/ freezer the food that you have bought and placed in there and it can offer you meal recipes and cooking instructions based on the food that you have. It will also let you know when the food is due to expire and create shopping lists for you. The units condenser does make a sound, however this is not loud or intrusive and all fridge freezers make a sound. the light inside is great and no ice has appeared in the freezer. I also like the display on the fridge door showing the internal temperatures with the beep to remind you to close the door a great feature. Very pleased with this unit. If you intend to switch the door around to open in the opposite direction, make sure to do this before the unit is fitted in your kitchen as it is far easier to do this with access to the base, to swap the hinge brackets. Ensure you leave it a couple of hours before turning on to let the refrigerant settle.

This Samsung fridge freezer only arrived today so time will tell how good it is... However on first impressions it looks brilliant and the business...capacity is very good....its a nice size not too bulky but big enough to to hold all your food for a family.....delivery was good, cheap and easy to organise....thank you Amazon..i will always do my best to buy all my appliances from Amazon ...thank you Samsung...😃

OK at the beginning it's noisy because that's normal give it for 24 hour and it will be silent this fridge it's the best I ever seen in my life I can connect to smart things in my Samsung account and I can control my fridge temperature from my phone this is to good to be true I'm so happy to buy this fridge it's the best trust me you will love it thank you so much samsung very good job

Product is good. But I have received the product with the top led light which is not aligned properly. There is no light in the freezer. Otherwise product is good.

A lovely big F/F! The cold water dispenser is something you want or you don't, but it's nice to have the feature and this thing is big enough that I don't begrudge the space it takes up! The dual display on the front is useful and each compartment can be set separately. I don't consider the noise intrusive and in any case, here in the middle of summer ( 25 deg inside the room) the compressor is hardly on. The instruction book is rather basic with very little advice on the best, most economical way to stock a F/F. Reversing the door is a bit of a trial and unless you are technically minded, you will need help. The illustrated instructions will get you through, but the tools needed are not in every domestic toolkit. Relocating the hinges was the hardest part because of poor engineering on the part of Samsung. Removing the hinges is straight forward and reversing for refitting similarly so. The weakness is that Samsung have used plain bolts which you are required to screw into the new location while keeping the bolt straight and applying considerable force because the holes are filled with insulating foam and threadloc. Better, that they had provided dog end bolts which have a short length at the tip which is unthreaded. This would help to clear the hole and also to keep the bolt square whilst screwing in and thus avoid crossed threads. I found it helpful to locate the bolts and screw them in to clear the holes before attempting to finally fit the doors. It also helps to reduce damage to the finish from slipped screwdrivers. I did a basic temperature check: the fridge top and bottom was within 0.1 deg and within 0.5 deg of the set temperature which for this type of fridge is excellent. I'll repeat the exercise when it's full. Hope I get as long a life from this one as the one it's replacing (15 years). Now it's in place, it looks great!

The description is confusing. I did a search of the part number, other vendors list this as a Series 7, not a Series 6. My order receipt also claimed it has an ice dispenser, everything I have read about this suggests it only has a water dispenser, not ice.

Thanks to HDUK, I was alerted to Samsung's offer on this over Christmas. The fridge was £490 and Samsung were offering £200 cashback, which meant I could get a brand new fridge freezer for £290. So I jumped at it. I was concerned by talk of the fridge being easy to dent and noisy and people complaining about the model, but it turned up perfect (only cost £5 to have the old fridge taken away) and it is silent as far as I'm concerned. I turned it on after an hour of receiving it and it was at the tight temp within another hour. The "wifi" is a bit of a gimic as all it really does is tell you if the door is open or the temp is dropping, but everything else is great. Loads of space. Quiet. Neat looking and better build quality than my other Samsung fridge freezer that its now alongside. Highly recommend. One thing of note is that the fridge shelves are a bit "close", so I had to take one out to allow sauce bottle to stand upright. I use the "wine" rack for soft drinks and really large bottles.
