Product is easily taken with you and easy to administer - no need to find private place to apply roll-on and cream if pain is in area under clothing. I use when I’ve been doing extra bending. stretching, pulling, pushing which I did recently moving bedroom furniture from one room to another! Also relief is quickly felt.

Awesome Product
We take Arnica for pain relief but also give it to our aging dog. Love that we do not have to worry with side effects like from the pharmaceuticals and it works wonderfully.

Takes time to disolve
These are okay. There was another brand I really liked but wasn't available. These work but take a bit of time to disolve.

Arnica for bruises
These arnica pills can make bruises go away in days instead of weeks. Would recommend them to any woman after getting fillers. Much faster recovery time with these.
