Well designed male guard
This male guard is almost the size and shape of a comfort-sized bicycle seat. It's apparent some thought went into the design of the product. Unlike the long and narrow shape of most pads, this product has wide wings and some added elasticity that absorbs and contains leakage during activity or sleep. It is a little bulkier than some other products, but fits well and is very comfortable. Although more expensive than some other brands, the Abri guards offer the best combination of comfort and security, especially when out and about.

This is the but.
I have been using this pad for a while but here is the reason for only three stars. The adhesive on these pads is about the worst I have found. Don't be embarrassed when out somewhere. Get a roll of double sided sticky tape and do what the company does not seem to want to do. Make sure they stick. I called the North America division. They advised they would give the company my input. Hmmm. This is a really good pad but at times not trustworthy because of the poor adhesive especially near the top.

Amazing
Having put up with lack on urinary control as a result of prostate surgery for many years I have tried many brands of male pads including Tena which are better than average. These are the best I have found. Comfortable and protective. They wont leak until they are completely saturated. There are side folds to keep you in place and contribute to containment. If you really want extended coverage - cut slits in the back side and place a cheap thinner pad on the back to accumulate the excess. I ordered these yesterday and received them today --- Unbelievable!

Best for absorbency
The maximum absorbency for one brand may be the minimum for another. The key to establishing the best pad or guard for your needs is to research the amount of absorbency in ounces each product holds. For example, Abena Abri-Man guard's maximum absobency may hold up to 24 ounces whereas Depend Guards for Men's maximum may be 17 ounces. Read labels and research the capacity of fluid the product is capable of retaining. Great for absorbency but poor for adhesive backing.

Wonderful, but wish the adhesive strip was wider
These are wonderful (size, shape & absorption), but wish the adhesive strip was wider, so it will stay placed better.

Bad sticky material. Needs improvement.
Stick tape to keep in place very bad. Not enough sticky tape. TopOf guard gold down. NOT GOOD.Should add more glue/sticky material. I will not order again.
