AKTIVAIT Dog large breeds blister, 1 Pack of 60

Having worked previously in the veterinary industry for 20 odd years I’ve seen products come and go. However this particular one is a longstanding little gem. I’ve known people use it to help their pets and love it. I haven’t had the need to use it personally, until now. My beautiful 14yr old Labradoodle (one of the original half & half types) that we took on as a rescue 2 yrs ago - when he was 12yrs old and his only crime was being ‘old’!! (don’t get me started!!) So we gladly had him, to save him being put to sleep.Well he has had a fantastic couple of years with us (more golden oldies need 2nd chances) and the only thing he has taken on a regular basis is a few daily good quality, natural supplements.But in the last few months he has more obviously, been affected by doggy dementia. I bit the bullet and got this in (my vets don’t stock it sadly) off Amazon. Well the first packet has been a game changer - I can 100% state this…….because unfortunately I’ve run out!!I’m waiting for my second packet to arrive that someone has sent to a facility about 500miles away from me which has caused the break.So my boy has been without Aktivait for a good 5 days or so! And WOW ! The difference is remarkable and very noticeable - he’s lost his pizazz. He’s back to sleeping all the time with no desire to go out on walks etc, fortunately the difference between night and day routine, is still in force a little bit still.So, Pro’s :- He’s been on this for a month now and it’s definitely made a huge difference to him. He’s been more on the ball cognitively, more interested in life, his appetite had improved, he has been physically asking to go out on walks every day (going up to where the leads are kept ) he’s stopped being so restless and anxious at night ( sundowning) and has stopped pooing and weeing in the house at night … again, getting his routine mixed upside down. He happily eats the tablets at night as ‘treats’ part of his bedtime routine. He’s running around on walks again… enjoying life, noticing things and other dogs etc My boys and I have all said, ‘we have our old boy back’I genuinely can’t think of anything bad to say about this. It’s not the cheapest thing in the world, but it does help make a difference. It starts to work pretty quickly too, In some dogs more than others, maybe? but we noticed a difference in him with 3 days or so…. Both starting the tablets and, also now, while he’s run out!As half Labrador in breed, but ALL Labrador in stomach! … He’s ruled by his tummy but he’s not quite the same this last few days. He’s lost his obsession in food again. He’ll eat, but he’s lost his ‘pigginess’ and we’ve eaten food in relative peace, this last four days since he ran out of the Aktivait.He’s gone back to being an old dog again, that is lost in his own little world a lot of the time. He doesn’t wake up as easily as he did on the Aktivait and is often so deep in sleep you can’t stir him very well.The only prescription medication he’s on (again this is fairly recent in the last few months) is a daily dose of a non steroidal anti inflammatory medication.A slightly topsy turvey summary but it’s 4am in the morning and I’m struggling to sleep and rather tired! Sorry! I hope this helps you make a decision to try Aktivait - and that it makes sense. (It’s not a miracle worker and granted, that’s what we want or need when our fur family gets old) it’s good stuff and I’ve seen the results - this time first hand. Needless to say I’m desperate for the wayward package to turn up!!!It a considered purchase, but definitely worth it in my opinion as it does make a noticeable difference and definitely improves my old boy’s life. He’s worth in in my opinion

I'm not sure I fully understand how these capsules work, but I'm delighted by the effect they have on my elderly dog. He collapsed with what turned out to be central nervous system vestibular disease earlier this year, and a friend recommended trying these to help. Within days he started to become less wobbly, and over the next few months he lost his wonky head, and now looks 'normal' again. After a few months I tried stopping them, and within 48hrs he became all one sided again. Six months on and he appears to be a happy elderly dog,...as long as he gets his aktivait. As I said... don't know how it's working, but delighted it's working for my lovely old woof!

My vet recommended this product and said it worked for some dogs. Clementine had been barking at nothing and was confused when we touched her - she's over fifteen, deaf and partially blind. I was rather dubious - after all its not a prescription product - but OMG this has made a huge difference to her. Within three days, crazed barking had stopped, she was taking more of an interest in life ( belatedly we realised just how much she had been sleeping, once she was out and about around the house rather more), coming up to us at mealtimes to ask for more food and generally having some of her old sparkle back again. She's down to her last ten pills and I am about to renew with another order. Very pleased to have had this recommended to us.

I have used this product for my 15yr old staffie cross labrador. She was whining and howling even though we were there in the house with her. Walks were very slow and not very far. Since taking these tablets she is like a puppy again. No noise unless she wants to go out or have a treat, she runs all the way round the quite large field on her walks and walks home quickly. She goes on zoomies round the garden and plays with her ball. It's like having a brand new puppy, she has so much energy it's lovely to see. Thank you

Dog is much calmer on these tabs. Used to be very restless in the evening. Aktivait helps give him (and us!) a restful evening
