Dangerous!
I am babysitting. I gave the baby the rattle and he had it in his hand. Turned around momentarily and saw a strange object on the Matt beside the baby. The wooden handle had broken, and a small piece of wood was loose. The child could easily have picked it up and put it in his mouth. Choking hazard!

Not much to say. Our dog ate our first one which was similar but didn’t come with the bow tie. This bunny is cute and our baby loves it. Good quality. Worth the purchase.
