Fast delivery via Amazon Prime, This unit is very well designed, emptying the collection draw is very easy, noise level is very minimal, great value for the money. The shedding quality is brilliant I have had different types of shedders over the years but I must say this is the best do for. As it states in the description it actually does shred 18 sheets in one go, the motor sounds strong, the controls are very straight forward to operate, when the collection draw is full the Shredder stops and the full indicator eliminates on the indicator panel to notify you, emptying is easy. I can't comment on this units longevity yet as I have only just received it but I can say so far so very good.

What a beast of a shredder, plugged in an using within 5mins of arriving, took a minute to put the wheels on, easy enough to do, just push them in, then a couple of minutes to get 6 yrs of paper work and away we went, the shredder didn't over heat, even though I had to empty it about 4 times it made light work of it, was very quick. It is a good height so I could sit on a kitchen chair and feed the paper through quite comfortably, not too heavy so you can move it around. Good value for money, wish I'd got one before.

Chops well , noise is bearable, slow speed which could be torque, good bin capacity, hasn’t jammed yet, time will tell

Good price. Feels suitably heavy and solid. Emptying the waste bucket is easy. Remarkably simple to set up and get working. While it specifies 18 pages, my experience with shredders is that they exaggerate capacity by a factor of 5 so I have kept to between 5 and 7 pages which it handles easily. Relatively quiet. The instruction manual is brief but it turns out to be enough. Recommended.

This shredder is exactly what I wanted. I spent far more on the device than reasonable but the old addage applies. "You get what you pay for". I appear to have got exactly whst I paid for. And very pleased with it too. More than anything else, when making a purchase, I seek reliability. Only time will answer this concern. But on the face of it, the evidence is that I have what I want.

The box came sealed in what looked like sellotape. On opening the box it looked ok but the plastic plug protector was missing. The instruction manual inside said turn box on side and ‘slide shredder out and and affix the castors’. These were already fitted. The machine itself looked clean and new. I started shredding and the cut was incredible - like confetti! but a couple of minutes in it stopped. I left it for a while and it cut another couple of sheets of paper then stopped. Eventually left it for 2 hours, but nothing. Then it half cut a standard envelope. Eventually it started again so the whole envelope was shredded. In all this time, no overheat or jammed light came on. It’s such a shame that it was faulty as when it worked it was amazing. The one star was for the look of the shredder and the easy return, even though it was a heavy item.

Worth every dollar!!! Works great,quiet, and I dont have to empty it often!! LOVE it!!

Sin garantía, no se hacen responsables por falla del producto tengo menos 5 meses con la trituradora y ya no funciona. Antes de escribir la reseña les di oportunidad de resolver la anomalía pero simplemente te contestan 1 vez y después ya no. No la recomiendo no dura mucho la verdad. Y las reparaciones corren por tu cuenta como en mi caso tendré que repararla yo mismo. Saludos
