Harrison's Flowers [DVD]

I was hoping this film would give an accurate account of what it was like in the Balkans at the time of the troubles. I was disappointed. Not only was it extremely biased against the Serbians - a proud and valiant nation, it was also a silly and completely implausible story. I can only imagine the reason behind making such a film was to spread ever more anti-Serbian propaganda.

Arrived very soon after ordering, no problems at all. Excellent.

Incredibly raw but touching movie about what went on in the Balkans. Gerard Butler in the cast was a pleasant surprise too

Probably shows realities to a high degree.Rather scary at various times, because it seems to deal with problems that will never find a solution.

Very good film.
