Perfect solution.
Just needed a couple of tough key rings for my pro-rider trolley. Got some black ones on amazon for a few pence. Easy to use. Looks a lot better than a bungee.

This is an ideal strap but I had to modify the bottom bracket to allow clips on strap to be attached
