Before I even use it, I find outyou need a serum to go with it! Also instructions are vague on how to use it. It says to follow the natural direction of the muscles. Is that up and down or just up or just down. I assume it's not side to side. BUT THEY DON'T SAY. It also doesn't say to start on the lowest setting...or not? And/ or when to increase the strength...after 1 week?...1 month???...6 months??? I can kinda guess but when in doubt DON'T!I WILL BE RETURNING THIS ITEM

I'm usually skeptical of...most "beauty/wellness/fitness" things, having lived through the ThighMaster in the '80s. But, this surprisingly works! I use the ever-Amazon-popular Snail Serum as the serum on my face beforehand. I recommend doing only one half of your face at a time...it's crazy; you can tell the difference by looking at both halves of your face. I haven't been using it for that long, but I hope my continued usage will give this longer-term effects! Definitely recommend.

I used this for a few days and then did a bit more research on it. Some people it seems to be great for and some people not so much. Based on my research I don't think I'm a good candidate for this product.

I really love this microsculpt machine. I bought aloe Vera gel to use as the conductor and it works so good. I use it everyday for 5 minutes a day. It has 5 different strength settings so you can work your way up if need be. I use it on the highest setting myself and I am able to see it making my muscles in my face twitch. Definitely recommend.

DOESN'T WORK!!!!!....need to send it back and there's NO return ticket! Returned first Derma Dream. I received the second Derma Dream and it doesn't work!!!!...Sending it back and now I want a refund.

This never worked. I exchanged for another one and surprise...it didn't work either. The retune window is now closed. Don't waste your money.
