Having read up on the health benefits of body scrubbing i bought two (one for each hand!) to make my scrubbing process more efficient.I Love them. The natural fibres are perfect for scrubbing. Bit of detail... scrubbing is similar to dry skin brushing. They both Stimulate circulation through layers of skin which promotes more efficient disposal of toxins (goodbye cellulite); exfoliate, sloughing off dead skin cells (hello, silk soft skin!) and unclog pores.In the past i have used a dry skin brush (bristle) but i find these mitts more comfortable for my hands and (like i said) much more efficient. So if you are going to use them for scrubbing, i recommend buying a pair.Just to be clear, they don’t come in “pairs”, just get 2!

In the past I have tried various shower mitts, but I've never continued using them for various negative reasons. I once had a glove mitt, but when it became wet it grew about four sizes larger and it would slip off my hand. This mitt is fabulous! I use it every day on dry skin, and again in the shower. I apply some of my favourite shower gel to the mitt and rejuvenate my skin. Honestly, after using this mitt I feel as if my skin has been reborn. It doesn't grow larger when wet, it remains the same size and shape. I love this mitt, I bought two! Thank you. Very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend.

A daily brush with this mitt keeps cellulite away and boosts circulation. Would never be without one. If used in the shower, dry it out completely afterwards or it will turn mouldy and eventually start to grow

I bought two of these for dry-brushing, and I love them! However, be aware that they're not very big - my hands are average female size, and I do struggle a bit to get them on. Otherwise great.

It fell apart after one week.

Fine for first few uses but already falling apart. Will be contacting seller for advice.
