The meat is excellent quality. The price is excellent. This is the 3rd case we have ordered from them. What’s really a nice surprise is all 3 times we ordered from them the pork chops were delivered BEFORE the date that was given!

Finally a pork chop with taste, juiciness and quality. Very worth the cost. Large thick chops. Needs only salt and pepper. ❤️

I was so excited to order these! Berkshire pork is hard to find in shops in my area. The order came quicker than expected & was packed well so that is why I gave three stars. The chops were vacuum sealed and cooked up juicy. The disappointment came with the expectation of the signature Berkshire flavor. It was just a plain chop. Wonder if my 16 chops were labeled incorrectly? Really disappointed. The rest of the chops are in the freezer.

My family have searched high and low for a pork chop that tasted like our grandmother and mother made. Just a simple fry. So disappointed by the dry, lack of flavor that had to be coated in shake and bake for any semblance of flavor. Very unsatisfying! Saw this recommended on test kitchen. Sans hormones. Took a chance and ordered. Just pan fried, they filled the kitchen with memories of the smell of what pan fried pork chops used to smell like. Mind you, just flour, salt and pepper!Absolutely amazing!!!And really, if you are afraid of the cost, the amount of chops you get make up for it.I just ordered another box!!!
